Hertty
Born and raised in Ghana, West Africa — where celebration is never quiet, and beauty is never accidental. Long before I understood the language of luxury, I understood the language of gathering. Food meant connection. Design meant intention. And every celebration carried weight.
Academically trained in Psychology and Social Work, I’ve always been drawn to understanding people and the moments that shape their lives. But while earning my degree, I quietly pursued something else: vocational training in pastry arts
I was intrigued by cake
Not just baking — but what cake represented. Ceremony. Symbolism. Statement.
When I moved to the United States, life shifted. Plans evolved. But one thing remained steady: my love for creating.
What began as small custom orders in a home kitchen slowly transformed into something greater. Tier by tier, client by client, celebration by celebration — my work evolved from dessert to centerpiece.
Today, I design couture cakes that do more than sit on a table. They anchor the room. They command presence. They tell stories.
